Getting started

How long until we see our building?

Minutes for a generated map: connect your Simply360 team and Simply Spaces lays out your spaces by building and floor automatically. Drawing precise geometry in Studio takes as long as you want it to — most teams trace a floor in an afternoon.

Booking

Can the public book our spaces?

If you want them to. Booking links carry audience rules — internal team only, verified members, or public — and every request is checked against live availability and your policies before it reaches approval.

Control

Who approves bookings?

You do, in Simply360, unless you turn on instant booking for a channel. Requests arrive as records with space, time, and requester attached — approve, deny, or edit them like anything else.

Payments

Can we charge for bookings?

Pricing and quotes work today — fixed, hourly, daily, or per-space rates. Collecting payment inside the booking flow is on the roadmap; today teams invoice approved bookings through their existing process.

Screens

What runs the kiosk?

Any device with a browser. Kiosk mode is a passive full-screen view with configurable overlays — space names, event details, last-updated time — that refreshes itself as the schedule changes.

Security

What does Simply Spaces access?

A scoped, revocable connection your Team Admin authorizes: read access to the collections you map, and booking writes only through your configured booking channels. Share links are tokenized, and member access is verified by sign-in.
